Sasha Sakhar: Producer, Curator, Bridge-Builder
A graduate of The New School with an MS in Media Management, Sasha spent years at the intersection of Media and Ad Tech in New York. This academic and professional foundation allows her to deeply relate to the demands of corporate leaders while bringing a producer's discipline to the art of intentional gathering. She understands that in a world of constant digital noise and high-performing culture, the most valuable luxury is a truly intentional, human-centered and well-produced offline experience.
Driven by a desire for deeper meaning, Sasha transitioned from the boardroom to the world's most intentional communities. She traveled extensively across the globe, eventually spending years living and studying in the jungles of Central America. During this time, she immersed herself in ancestral rituals and studied under indigenous elders, learning how to facilitate spaces that foster genuine human transformation.
Today, Sasha bridges these two worlds. She brings the discipline of a high-end producer and the heart of a ceremonial guide to every SUGARHAUS event. Her mission is to reintroduce these ancient, wholesome practices to the people who need them most—the thinkers, builders, and creators of the modern world.
Whether designing an intimate dinner for twelve, a global retreat for fifty or a founder meetup for 250, Sasha's work is defined by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to curated experiences where intention meets elegance. She ensures that every ritual is sophisticated, culturally respectful, and perfectly tailored to a contemporary sensibility.
